Welcome to
the Learning LAB
Real-time support for the emotional landscape of motherhood from postpartum to perimenopause.
Deepen your emotional insight and get guidance in real time, whether you join for one conversation or build ongoing connection through our year‑round membership.
In a world that often leaves mothers feeling isolated or invisible, The Learning LAB is a place to gather, get grounded, and be gently witnessed. Each month, Molly hosts a live, hour-long Q&A where we unpack the real emotional, hormonal, and identity shifts of life after birth with no pressure to have it all figured out.
These conversations are rich with insight, empathy, and lived experience. Some months, we’re joined by guest experts (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health clinicians, sex educators, and more) who offer clear, compassionate guidance on topics that matter in the tender terrain of new motherhood.
This is a space to ask questions, absorb practical tools, and walk away with a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and relationships. It’s a thoughtful complement to our more process-oriented Circles — an educational layer that still feels interactive, heartfelt, and deeply human.
You can drop in for one, or stay a while.

Why the Learning LAB?
Because questions deserve thoughtful answers. Each session holds space for real, layered, emotional experiences.
Because modern motherhood is complex. Our topics evolve with the seasons of life, including identity, rage, reinvention, hormones, boundaries, and more.
Because you don’t have to figure it all out alone. The Virtual Village offers steady, expert-led connection you can count on.
Feel
more connected & resourced | less overwhelmed & alone
Meet the founder
Molly Nourmand, LMFT
I am a psychotherapist, yogini, and mother. My multilayered lens brings healing, integration, and transformation to the lives of womxn.
My initiation into motherhood birthed a new career path for me. Due to my own experience with depression after becoming a mother, I completed the Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy training with Postpartum Support International, and have translated my passion into a specialty in my practice. I founded Life After Birth® in 2017 and now serve as the Clinical Director where I train and mentor therapists who want to specialize in Reproductive and Perinatal Mental Health.
