Meet Our Therapists
Founded by Molly Nourmand, MA, LMFT, Life After Birth® was born from her vision of thoughtful, nuanced support for navigating trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Drawing from both her clinical expertise and her own lived experience as a postpartum depression survivor, Molly built a team of therapists who are carefully trained, mentored, and supported to provide care aligned with the Life After Birth Model.
As Clinical Director, Molly leads with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based maternal mental health care. Our therapists are currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions throughout California and in-person in Los Angeles, supporting individuals and couples experiencing postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the many transitions of early parenthood.
