Life After Birth® Founder, Molly Nourmand, LMFT brings over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation, as well as an ongoing exploration of Somatic Experiencing. Although there is a through line of mindfulness into every part of our program, Meditation Mondays are a weekly anchor for members. Tune into your breath and body with these guided meditation session, and learn tools that you can implement into your daily life for whatever stage of parenthood you are in.

Meditation Mondays happen from 11-11:20am PST via Zoom with Molly Nourmand, LMFT
