Before Birth Support Circle
A soft place to land as you prepare to become a parent.
This group is for those in the final stretch of pregnancy who are looking for more than just logistical prep. In a culture focused on registries and nursery colors, we offer space for the emotional, psychological, and relational shifts that begin long before birth.
Led by a perinatal mental health therapist, our weekly virtual gatherings cover topics like fear and anxiety, body image, birth plans, partner dynamics, and preparing for postpartum. Here, you’re not just allowed to ask the hard questions—you’re encouraged to.
This is a place to connect with others navigating similar territory, to speak honestly about the excitement and uncertainty, and to begin parenthood with a deeper sense of self, clarity, and support.
Topics may include
Body Image Issues
Fears and Anxieties
Birth Prep
Postpartum Planning
Risk Factors for PMADs
Breastfeeding Education
Baby Care 101
